HUB app & Onboard Collateral

Content Managers, use multiple channels to keep our guests informed about important safety protocols, pertinent cruise details, and the diverse range of FUN entertainment options onboard. The role is essential in updating cruise-specific flyers, including Debarkation, Water Shuttle, and Good To Know information, ensuring that guests are informed throughout their voyage.

Marketing

Content Managers help personalize the guest experience by suggesting events they may like via the HUB app.

Digital & Printed Signage

Content Managers serve as the brand experts, meticulously auditing the ship daily to ensure that all printed and digital signage is current and aligns with all branding guidelines, compliance, and safety regulations.

Flyers

Content Managers are responsible for updating cruise specific flyers, such as Debarkation, Water Shuttle and Good To Know to ensure that the information distributed to our guests is relevant, concise, compliant, and professional.

Content Managers work with our various guest venues in different capacities – working on scheduling, compliance auditing, and signage updates. Sports, movies, and TV content licensing is complex and requires a sharp eye for detail.

In-cabin TV, Televised Sports & Movies (including IMAX)

The Content Managers work closely with our Entertainment Technical team to schedule a diverse range of content, including movies, major sports games, and TV channel offerings. Their meticulous attention to detail ensures that movies are delivered, scheduled and displayed accurately in various venues around the ship, including Carnival’s Seaside Theater and IMAX, elevating the onboard entertainment experience for our guests. Managing the licensing for sports, movies, and TV content requires a keen eye for detail and swift action in navigating complex licensing regulations.

Seaside Theater

Instead of a drive in, how about a Dive-In movie theater! The Content Manager works with our Entertainment Technical team to ensure movies, SCALA, major sports games, and Cruise Director broadcasted shows are scheduled and displaying properly on Carnival’s Seaside Theater.
