Sports staff

As high-energy, enthusiastic leaders of all sports activities on the ship, we motivate guests to take full advantage of their vacation and maximize their fun. We bring high spirits to everything from attractions and sports tournaments to trivia, deck parties, and more. You won't find better sports staff anywhere on the seas.
What We’re Looking For
- Attention to safety guidelines and ability to maintain sports equipment
- Background in outdoor recreation prefered
- No fear of heights
- Strong understanding of sports activities and rules
- Experience leading group sports
- Passion for coaching and motivating guests
- Microphone experience a plus
- 21+ years of age Required
- CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Ability to stand outside for long periods of time in any weather
- Comfortable working alone and in a team
Virtual Audition Instructions

SUBMIT
your application after carefully reviewing submission requirements for the position. If your application is approved, you will be invited to participate in an initial digital interview via our interview platform, HireVue.

REGISTER
for your digital interview and set up your HireVue profile using the link included in your approval email. HireVue will guide you through the digital interview process and video-record your responses.

If you are selected to move forward after completing your digital interview, we will invite you to a live virtual HireVue interview with our recruiter, better known as our Professional Fun Finder. We can't wait to see your fun side!
What you'll need for a virtual audition
- Computer or mobile device with a webcam or front-facing camera
- Clear audio capabilities
- Proper lighting and professional attire and environment
- Paper and pen for note-taking during live virtual interviews
- Resume and unfiltered headshot
- For a live virtual interview, expect to be online for approximately one hour
