what we’re looking for
  • Attention to safety guidelines and ability to maintain sports equipment
  • Background in outdoor recreation prefered
  • No fear of heights
  • Strong understanding of sports activities and rules
  • Experience leading group sports
  • Passion for coaching and motivating guests
  • Microphone experience a plus
  • 21+ years of age Required
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required
  • Ability to stand outside for long periods of time in any weather
  • Comfortable working alone and in a team

SUBMISSION
Submit your application after carefully reviewing submission requirements for the position. If your application is approved, you will be invited to participate in an initial digital interview via our interview platform, HireVue.

REGISTRATION
Register for your digital interview and set up your HireVue profile using the link included in your approval email. HireVue will guide you through the digital interview process and video-record your responses.

If you are selected to move forward after completing your digital interview, we will invite you to a live virtual HireVue interview with our recruiter, better known as our Professional Fun Finder. We can't wait to see your fun side!
