What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in a management position required; entertainment setting preferred
- Friendly, professional self-starters who are eager to learn
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, work at heights up to 35 ft (10.5m), work up to 70 hours per week, and work 6-8 month contracts with up to 2 months break between contracts
- Experience in multiple specialties (audio, lighting, broadcast, or stage) preferred
- Attention to detail in team scheduling, operations, and creating reports
- Compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure highest production values
