This plan provides a lump-sum benefit upon team members’ retirement from Carnival after at least 10 years of continuous service.

During your contract you are covered medically while you are on board the ship and will be looked after by our onboard medical team if you are not feeling well. Every Carnival ship has daily scheduled hours for crew at a medical center staffed with a doctor and nurses.
